Chroma's SMT intelligent solution starts with the warehouse segment, integrates automated warehousing with AGV, improves warehouse efficiency, and accurately performs first-in, first-out. In the production section, the PCB board production process is traced back to the production history through laser engraving; in the loading section, the personnel can compare the material barcode with the work order issue sheet to avoid the occurrence of the wrong parts on the SMT. In terms of equipment, the production equipment is connected to the network, and the equipment is automatically checked. The system actively informs the equipment whether to carry out equipment maintenance. In addition, the AGV connects the production line to the returning area, automatically picks up the material through the X-ray machine, and reproduces the material label.
