Open System Architecture

Most of the equipment management systems in the market are single module functions in the MES system and are closed systems. They cannot be integrated with other systems or even machine equipment. Chroma iEMS provides integration methods such as OPC, MsMQ and Chroma API. Data can be instantly received from the device through an open interface, and an open database can be integrated with the customer's asset management system.

Equipment Management and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Integration

Most of the equipment management systems on the market separate the device management function from the device status monitoring function. Personnel need to operate the device management and monitoring device status at the same time across interfaces or different software. Chroma iEMS will manage the device management function. Device status monitoring is on one platform, and user operation is more convenient.
